2. Authenticity Guarantee

NELIKA guarantees the authenticity of every timepiece sold. Every watch undergoes a comprehensive multi-point inspection by our certified master horologists. Should any watch be proven inauthentic by the original manufacturer, we offer a full refund of the purchase price.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers for high-value items, and selected cryptocurrency payments.

Title to the goods passes to you upon delivery, provided full payment has been received and cleared.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of NELIKA or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

NELIKA shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if NELIKA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, specifically the Canton of Geneva, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
